Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. They will provide you with a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it.

We do not have any final sale items at this time. All items are eligible for return, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, less the 25% restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
